  I booked into PNG on the recommendation of a friend, and I was not disappointed! My transmission had been performing badly for a week or two when I booked in for a service with PNG. Chris was upfront when he called before performing to work to indicate that servicing the transmission may not help the car at all, and made sure to ask me if I wanted to proceed. The work was performed quickly, with a full explanation of what was wrong and what they did, which I appreciate. As a woman, I feel as though I am talked down to and over-charged significantly at mechanics quite frequently, however I did not experience this at all with PNG, and when it came to pay, the cost was actually less than originally quoted, which was a nice surprise. I will be a repeat customer for sure, and I will definitely be encouraging my friends to come here in the future.
